Is the weight of responsibility leaving you with less and less space to think clearly and make decisions?

Or perhaps you keep coming back, over a long time, to the same decision, the same conversation, the same situation — with the sense that something deserves your attention.

You don’t look for help only when everything is falling apart. Sometimes it’s simply that something has been weighing on you for a long time and won’t leave you alone. And that, if nothing changes, it could become a much heavier burden over time.

You analyse. You look for solutions. You read, you talk it over with others. And still, the answer doesn’t come.

Not because you’re not doing enough. Perhaps because it’s something you can’t see on your own, from inside your own situation.

It’s not a matter of trying harder.

The most difficult situations are rarely solved by pushing harder.

It’s not a matter of competence. It’s not a lack of effort. When you carry the responsibility for decisions, people and results every day, it simply becomes hard to step back and see your own situation clearly.

It’s not a sign of weakness. It’s a natural consequence of what you carry.

I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions.

Two entrepreneurs may come with a similar challenge. Two leaders may find themselves stuck in seemingly similar situations.

And yet, what is truly holding them back can be entirely different.

That’s why, before we start looking for solutions, I want to understand the person sitting in front of me.

To understand their situation, the way they think, and what genuinely requires attention today.

Only then can we see what truly makes sense in that particular situation and what the right next step might be.

An entrepreneur myself, having run companies in Poland, Germany and France, I know the weight of these decisions from the inside.

Here, you don’t need to prove that you’re holding up.

You don’t need to have it all perfectly clear, or to know where to start.

You can say out loud what you’ve been keeping to yourself. Without judgement. Without pretending. Without the pressure of already having the answer.

Because that’s sometimes how things begin to clear.

Not because the problem suddenly disappears. Not because you find every answer. But simply because you begin to look at your situation differently.

What felt like a crushing weight begins to loosen its grip. You regain the ability to see what you still have a hold on.

And a thought emerges:

„I know where to start.”

Perhaps you’ve been facing this alone for a long time. That’s natural: people who carry great responsibility every day rarely ask for help for themselves.

That’s why I don’t try to be one more person telling you what to do or which decision to make. My role isn’t to take control.

My role is to help you see what, from inside the situation, you may no longer be able to see.

Because I believe the best decisions aren’t born under pressure. They emerge when you regain clarity.

You may recognise yourself if…

You run your own company or manage a team. You carry the responsibility for people, decisions and results. You’re the one who steadies things and takes them in hand when they get difficult.

And yet you find yourself, more and more often, without the space to stop and think clearly.

Not for lack of knowledge, nor any inability to decide. Simply because some situations can’t be resolved by one more analysis.

If you’re looking for someone to make decisions for you, I’m not the right person.

If you’re looking for a space to set down, for a moment, the weight of responsibility, to bring order to what feels hard to grasp right now, and to regain the clarity to decide what comes next — then this might be exactly what you need.

Someone who won’t judge your decisions or oversimplify what you’re facing.

This is how I work: I combine attentive conversation with knowledge, experience and tools that I adapt to the person — never to a ready-made template.

My name is Anna Knyziak.

An entrepreneur myself, I’ve run companies in Poland, Germany and France, with teams and partners spread across several continents. I know what it means to carry the responsibility for a team, to make decisions when no option is a good one, and to lose the perspective you’re somehow expected to keep for everyone else.

Whether running my own companies or working with clients — in French, English or Polish — I’ve always worked across cultures. The way people decide, communicate and lead changes from one country to another, and from one person to the next.

My background is in the psychology of work and motivation, together with a certified training in coaching (ICF). Depending on the person, I draw on different approaches — and I always talk them through with you before using them.

What I bring isn’t one more method. It’s a place to set down what you’ve been carrying alone, and to look at your situation with someone whose work is to see what escapes you.

Taking the first step is enough.

You don’t need to know how to solve this, where to start, or whether it’s the right moment.

If something has been weighing on you for a long time and what you’ve tried so far no longer works, write to me. Not to find every answer at once — but so you no longer have to look for them alone.

Sometimes the first conversation is there precisely to discover, together, whether there’s something worth exploring.
